はじめての雑誌のお仕事です！
2012年1月号の『広告』の中の“よりどころとは？”というテーマのページを描きました。
この雑誌は広告がタイトルながら、チャレンジングな内容でとても興味深いのです。
私にとっても、今現在の日本で人々がなにをよりどころとして“今”と“未来”を捉えてゆくのか考えさせられました。
私は新宿駅周辺でゆきかう人々を捉えようと描きました。目の前を流れゆく人々の中には、大人やこどもや、学生やスーツ姿の人、トランぺッターなど様々な人が居ました。
書店でお見かけしたら、手に取って頂けたら幸いです。

永井さんが編集長をしていた広告はこの号をもって半年ほど休刊してリニューアル
するそうです。

My first commission for a magazine!
This is a magazine "Kokoku"- which means advertisement - published on 20th January 2012.
I have done drawing on the topic "how people find fulfillment in their life now".
I felt close to this theme to think about how people believes in their present and future, especially in Japan 2012.
For this theme I have done location drawing around Shinjuku Station, trying to capture people flowing in front of me. There were young and old, students and business people, and musicians so on...
